Paul Robeson in The Sable Series: The History of Black Shakespearean Actors. An encore performance at Julia De Burgos Performing Arts Center - Feb 25, 2019. The first performance of the Series was presented at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, in the American Negro Theater in February 2014. In August of the same year, it was presented for Warwick University and the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust at a special ceremony honoring The Harlem Shakespeare Festival. Since that time it has been presented at The National Arts Club, throughout the five boroughs of New York City and at The University of Mass, Amherst.
